Kids Helping Kids

What would it be like to live in a different part of the world?

Do you think kids everywhere go to school just like ours?  Do they have nice lunchrooms and large playgrounds to play in?  Do they have Chromebooks or ipads in every room?  The answers might surprise us!

Join Fairmont Covenant Church's Kids Helping Kids in the parks this summer as we enjoy a free meal for the whole family, hear short stories about the day-to-day lives of real kids in another country, and do fun activities and games (before playing on the playground)!

Kids Helping Kids will be at the following parks this summer.  Each night, we'll hear a different story and do a different activity.

June 13: Gomsrud Park, Fairmont

July 11: Sherburn City Park, Sherburn

August 8: Lincoln Park, Fairmont

Time:  5:30-7:30 p.m.

Includes:  Free meal for the whole family, a story, and an activity

Who is it for:  Kids preschool through sixth grade and an adult family member/helper.

How much does it cost:  It's free. There is no cost and no need to register. Just show up at 5:30 p.m.

Each night, there will be an optional offering we'll collect to help supply school supplies and tuition for Congolese kids living in Kenya.
